Garden Court Apartments

0 stars. Rented apartment here on a one year lease 2014-2015 and soon to find out the place was infested with house centipedes of all sizes! I would come home at night from work and turn on the lights and find up to 7 at a time scurrying away or just trying not to appear obvious near my ceiling. Exterminating did not help, nor did them trying to seal the windows. Huge gaps beneath the doors to hallway as well. You can also hear people using the toilet in the apt below, and some of the neighbors... would hang their laundry out to dry in the front or prop the front door to the building open letting all the heat/cold/bugs in. The apartment is walking distance from work, stores and nice restaurants, the buildings need renovation, a few too many dogs, messing up the grass
