Its ok

The walls are very thin in the complex. You can hear people flushing their toilet, turning on their shower and even hearing their TV. Also living near the HWY you have alot of noise from police sirens, fire trucks and cars honking all the time. No matter how early/late it is because you cant control when an emergency happens. I do think a lot need to be upgraded for the price you pay. Theres really no amenties on the property for those who have kids or grandkids. Theres no gym or pool , no... playground. So really you are paying alot for the bare minimum and it doesnt help that the company can feel money hungry and charging unnecessary fees at times. I feel this would make a good home for elder people. Maybe 65+. But for other adults i do not think its worth it. Just my honest review and opinion.
