Credit Score Requirement: Each adult applicant (18+) must have a minimum VantageScore of 640. Exceptions may be considered for young adult children (ages 18–21), stay-at-home parents, retirees, or individuals who experienced a documented life event that impacted their credit but does not accurately reflect their overall payment history.

Application Fee: The application fee is $22 per adult (18+). Each adult must submit a separate application.
