Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE. My boyfriend are I currently live here and it’s absolutely terrible. They advertise as a “luxury apartment complex” but the grass is overgrown, weeds everywhere, trash is taken out irregularly, the “mail room” is a table, they take 3-6 weeks for any maintenance requests, and the inside always has bugs even though we are clean. The remodeling they did is a joke. They primed the walls but never painted them, there is pencil marks all over the walls from... construction I presume. There is no lighting /fans in any rooms, both of our closet shelves fell, because they did not put studs in the wall. No coax was installed for the wifi.
