DO NOT RENT
Whatever you do, DO NOT RENT HERE. My boyfriend are I currently live here and it’s absolutely terrible. They advertise as a “luxury apartment complex” but the grass is overgrown, weeds everywhere, trash is taken out irregularly, the “mail room” is a table, they take 3-6 weeks for any maintenance requests, and the inside always has bugs even though we are clean. The remodeling they did is a joke. They primed the walls but never painted them, there is pencil marks all over the walls from... construction I presume. There is no lighting /fans in any rooms, both of our closet shelves fell, because they did not put studs in the wall. No coax was installed for the wifi. If you have any issues their leasing agency phone number doesn’t exist, it is near impossible to talk to anymore. This is only half of our problems. If you move here you are going to regret it.
