Great Location Staff and spacious condo Enjoy the view.

Great neighborhood safe and and excellent cleaning service just started I’ve been living here for 2 years and I’ve had no issues. I’m thinking of buying a property but prices are going up.

Stayed in Unit 308.... The Worst! Move in at your own risk!!!

The location is perfect! You can walk to the park, downtown, Trolley Square. On the other hand, it sits right facing Pennsylvania Ave, in between 2 hospitals, which means you hear sirens and cars and music and motorcycles ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT! I asked about the noise once I was finally able to see the place and was told "you get used to it"... No You Don't!!! I can still hear the sirens in my head! I chose to park in the garage which is valet, only to have my car damaged 3 times. They will pay... for the repairs but won't pay for a rental car. Its like living in a nursing home. Everyone seems to be old and concerned with your business. There are so many rules. I was also told that the apartment was 960 sq ft. NO WAY! the place is much smaller than 960 sq. ft. In pics, the apartment seems modern and of high quality, instead things are completely falling apart. I mean like literally, the closets are made of some cheap material and I had to ask over and over again for them to come and fix it. The last time I asked... they said they would fix it but never did. There is a bug problem as well. I asked for an exterminator but never received one... In following up on the request I was told that I needed to schedule it with the front desk but that they would go ahead and do it themselves.. never did. They hide roach traps in their crown molding and there was some kind of animal biting through the wall. The building is old. They won't paint the walls for you prior to moving in nor does it seem like the carpet, or more like a hard rug, hasn't been changed in years. The worst part of staying here-the landlord. She was not willing to help with most of anything. I remember the week I first moved in.. she didn't answer my phone calls for several days and later told me that she was busy with her friends. LOL! Her husband usually fixes things but she controls the communication. Husband seems to be a decent human being.. cordial. Landlord will TELL you when their coming to fix things instead of asking you are you available... So time to move out right? This landlord withheld $20 for a remote control to the lighting in the crown molding. LOL! First of all, I never received such a remote control. Second, I was told the only way to operate the lighting was to plug it and unplug it. Anyways, she obviously needed the $20. The blessing I have is that I don't live there any more and I never have to deal with the landlord again. Move into 308 at your own risk.
