ROACHES BE AWARE

I moved in last weekend. Before I even moved anything in I saw a roach. In my apartment I have found a roach in every room daily. Also I called maintenance about my door lock missing screws. No maintenance has showed up to put two screws for lock. Think twice about moving in. Very unhappy with Apartment at Greenview.

Not for the Squemish

Roaches… a lot of roaches. Smells like raid or bug repellent. Staff is nice and friendly, but this place is not worth it if you have a fear of pests.

Roaches Etc.

We have been living here for almost a full year and let me tell you....Roaches everywhere, it doesn’t matter how many times someone comes over to stop them they don’t go away! That is one of our major issues. We are thinking it’s because of some nasty neighbors we have but nobody seems to ever talk to them about it! Also poor paint job, everytime we tried to clean the walls the paint just chips off. The doors in the apartment don’t lock because of how bad they placed it! Cracks on walls and... ceiling’s, maintenance would try to fix it but never come back like they promise to check on them, so some work gets rushed. Laundry room is nasty!! Nobody comes to clean the machines so I have to clean my machine that I use everytime! I just want to live here comfortably without any roaches and nasty smells coming from the hallways, to odd neighbors and I’m not sure if I heard gun shots outside but for a week we kept hearing what seems to be gun shots. Rent is expensive for all these issues to happen. Please make this place better and safe for us! Thank you.

TRIFLING

Everything about this place is terrible BEWARE! Also All the apartments constantly smell like sewage PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Unless you like disgusting neighbors, a nasty smelling apartment that is poorly constructed,and lack of security to watch out for theft. I could really go on forever with the many issues I’ve encountered while living here. The good reviews are more than likely left by people who haven’t lived here long enough to see any issue or they are apart of the problem... other than that believe the bad reviews because those are true!

Took them forever to get back to us, they barely pick up the phone and communication with them was subpar at best.
