More than adequate

I found this apartment through apartments.com. For me, this was the best combination of amenities and price. For $795, I get an apartment with a living room and bedroom that are arguably larger than a single man needs! I love the carpeting, the ample closet space, the dishwasher, the balcony, and the dimmable dining area lights. The manager Carla is very easy-going. It's great for me because it's just 5 minutes away from work and from Concord Pike. There's not a lot going on the neighborhood,... but that's fine with me.
