Just don’t care I called this property several times receive no call back call their property managing service they just connect me to another desk at the same office the service was no help after the ninth call to this property talk to the manager who’s at the property with four and have a waiting list of six months to a year also told me the property with low income

I too did not get a response from anyone to set up an appointment. I had sent them an email weeks in advance asking to set up an appointment for Memorial Day weekend since I was flying into town to view apartments in the area and I never heard back from anyone. If you can’t communicate with prospective tenants in the beginning, I could only imagine what it would be like after you sign a lease.

A review is normally where you rate your experience but I really didn’t have an experience at this complex because NO ONE showed up to tour me the apartment. I made my appointment a month in advance and had gotten confirmation over the phone when I made the appointment. So I didn’t think I needed a confirmation email, and was told that it was my fault I didn’t get one when I called for the 6th time about someone showing up to my tour. After about 10 times of calling and being sent to “overflow”... all 10 times I had finally pieced the bits of information I got from each person in the line an email to tell someone that I was there for my appointment.
