Gave me a citation for weeds in the back yard blocked by a brick wall but when I brought up their own policy on vehicles with damage not meeting property expectations, they said they deal with it when they deal with it yet… funny enough, the same cars are always here! Additionally, the property never fixes things correctly, there are crickets everywhere… and I mean everywhere. The pools are closed half the time and the rent is outlandish. It’s AWFUL for how much you pay.

The construction quality is horrible. There is nothing "Luxury", as they promote themselves, about hearing your upstairs neighbors toilet flushing down your wall. Unless you are on the top floor you are in for a very noisy experience. Im not exaggerating how loud it is. I once thought my tub faucet was turned on so went to check but it was the upstairs neighbor. It seriously sounded like it was IN my apartment. The plumbing is pretty bad as well.

It's also not just the ceiling that is thin. If... the people above you stomp or drop anything your walls will shake. It's like living inside of a drum.

Very few speed bumps and signage and no enforcement of community rules means people here are generally rude and drive way too fast.

More than half of my experiences with the office staff have been bad. They are often rude and not the sharpest. One tried telling my gf that the gate opener doesn't use a battery and was rude to her for suggesting that she needed a new one.. It does use a battery by the way.

Amenities are nice. That's basically all you are paying for. Lee mas

DO NOT LISTEN TO REVIEWS THAT ARE FROM CURRENT RESIDENTS, THE WORST IS YET TO COME. We lived here 2020-2021 the building was new when we moved in so there were very few reviews, only ones cautioning about bugs and the frequent towing of cars. We decided to move in and take our chances. On the day of move in, the Management was horrible, they were so rude and difficult to work with. Our time there was fine, as long as you stick to the (very Strict ) rules they won't bother you. HOWEVER when we... moved out they hit us with a $1,178 charge because they said they needed to replace the carpets, get a new stove top and paint the entire apartment. The carpets had normal wear, the "stain" literally just dirt is from my S/O moving their feet under their WFH desk. No pets, no children, just out feet walking on the carpet. They claimed that they needed to replace the stove top due to discoloration, again normal wear and tear from actually using something. We took great pride in our apartment and always kept it clean, paid rent on time, and never got a noise complaint. When I enquired about the fees, management stated that because everything was brand new when we moved in, and we are expected to return the place how we got it, everything had to be brand new when we moved out. This is unrealistic and ridiculous. So you can expect a $1,200 fee after your move-out inspection. Even if the place is in good condition. Lee mas

No A/C day of move in and had to wait from Sat to Mon to fix, they did provide a portable cooling unit for our BR. Bath vent fan didn’t work and I removed a huge hair clog that was impeding draining the shower/tub. Floor had dirty footprints in LR. Had to change the AC filter it was dirty already. Leasing staff were responsive, no issues there. So chalk this lackluster review up to nobody doin a precheck prior to our move in. Got a garage, very nice size, of course keeping things... consistent it had not been swept out by the last person. Lee mas
