ARTÀ Apartments

Started out fantastic, Greystar took over and it’s been downhill since. Maintenance has been great throughout, and Erin in the front office has always gone above and beyond to help. But other than that, staff is rude and careless.

After diligently searching by my wife, we’ve found Arta to best rental value in Aliso Viejo for 1-bedroom apts. with ample sq. footage, parking convenient with across the street complete shopping, dining, and services bonus. ????????

The manager, Rita is so welcoming, kind and concerned about this apartment community! The apartments have ample space, large storage and
closets and the grounds are kept up nicely! Even the porters, like Victor and Jesus do an amazing job keeping up with keeping areas cleaned up!
We will be here as long as possible!!

I have been here 4 years this month. I love this community, the staff, both in the office and the guys who keep us running. I've had good neighbors, and when my mom visits me she always says the same thing; "I love your place, it always strikes me how beautiful it is driving into your complex" That's how I feel every day.

Arta is a beautiful property nestled in a hillside with picturesque mountain views. This is resort living at it's finest. Everything families would need is right here at Arta. I wish every resident took pride and care of their apartments and surrounding areas to ensure our community stays safe and clean.
