The management team is great, the property is very maintained and clean, the pool area feels like your at a resort! Im extremely proud to call this community home.

This place is amazing except for the parking can be rough when it seems like there are more cars than tenants. Also people park in front of their garages overnight which is annoying

We do understand that parking can be a challenge, especially when vehicles are left in front of garages overnight, and we’re working on... solutions to improve this for everyone. We’ll be implementing a parking permit system in the coming months to help ensure spaces are used fairly and consistently. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to report vehicles parked in front of garages so our team can address the issue promptly.

I wouldn’t recommend living at Encanto at Dos Lagos, especially given the high rent prices that seem to follow Greystar’s notorious algorithmic pricing, making costs feel unjustified for what you get.
The biggest issues:
Constant Staff Turnover – Both management and maintenance teams change frequently, leading to disorganization and delays in resolving issues.
Relentless Noise Pollution – The location is plagued by heavy road and freeway noise, making it hard to enjoy any peace, even with... windows closed.
Outdated & Poorly Maintained Units – The interiors feel dated, and appliances frequently break down, with repairs often slow or half-fixed.
While the Dos Lagos area is nice, the apartment complex itself doesn’t live up to its premium pricing. Between the sky-high rent hikes, lack of stability in management, and constant maintenance headaches, it’s just not worth it.

We understand how frustrating it can be to deal with staff transitions, maintenance concerns,... and noise issues, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these challenges have caused.
Please know that we are actively working to improve in these areas. We have recently made changes to strengthen our onsite team and streamline communication so that maintenance requests and community needs are addressed more quickly and effectively. We have also currently started interior upgrades at the community to ensure our residents receive the value they deserve.
