You can hear every creak on the floor from your upstairs neighbor. If you have active neighbors at night, then you can forget getting any sleep at night.

We were looking for a safe and newer building to move into. We toured Ascent and loved it. Everyone was professional and supportive. One month in and we are very satisfied & happy with our choice. We love it here and say it all the time. I would recommend this community to any of my friends, approximately to the internal and external amenities cannot be beat. My husband and I have only been living here for about 2 months but so far we love it! We love how conveniently close the apts. are to nearby stores and the freeway. The staff is great, Katrina the manager was so nice and helpful during our move. We love how pet friendly the apts. are, and how well maintained the apartments are in the inside and the public shared areas. Even though it’s an apt. complex with many units, we still have the privacy and noise level is at a low. We highly recommend... Ascent. Lee mas

I have lived here for 10 months. The fire alarm has been a nightmare since the first month I moved in. More than 90% of the alarms turned out as false alarm and till now, they still have not figured out a way to make it right. For the past two days, fire alarms were triggered at around 3am, making unacceptable loud noise for over 20 minutes. Again, both were false alarms. I am so fed up and would like to move out immediately if I can.
