Management is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very helpful change air vent filter when asked about it and did it right away cleaned it up up for me.

The Cortland Broomfield Team has been phenomenal since day 1 of our moving in last year. They have been cordial and accommodating with every request or question we have had while we have lived here. We had to switch apartments to increase in size and they more than helpful. They also provide events to help break the ice with other neighbors and create a more neighborly/family atmosphere. I have been a resident of this community for over four years and I’ve only had great experiences. The front desk management are very kind and friendly. The staff that does Repairs are quick and efficient. If I have anything from my burnt lightbulb to needing a door handle fixed the request lightbulb immediately process and I get someone same day or within 48 hours. The property is very clean and very quiet. You don’t have party noises or dogs barking at all times of the day. Any complaints are... taken very seriously. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking at moving. Very convenient access to I 36 and Wadsworth. Hospital right down the street. Lee mas

The floorplans and the staff are the highlight. Love it here so far and have had very few minor issues that they always have been willing and able to resolve.

The complex is peaceful and well kept with a staff that cares.
