Worst apartment community :(
If I could give this apartment complex 0 stars, I would, unfortunately. Extremely unprofessional, overcharges, extra fees for everything, very unavailable. I always seek to find the best in everything and there were a couple of sweet people I met there (on top of a gorgeous and well-located facility) but it was an absolute nightmare to live there and have to fight to figure everything out all the time. In my experience, the rate that they give you at the beginning does not include many things,... it is near IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them to talk through extra charges and they make promises they can’t come through on. We purchased a house and had to stay one extra week before we could move in and they doubled our rent for that time, telling us “it’s just what ‘the system’ tells us, there’s nothing we can do about it.” This comes after having sat down and spoken with one of their managers about our options, who told me that they would be able to just honor our rate for 7 extra days. He said he needed to double check with the regional manager over the weekend and would let me know Monday — and 3 weeks later I still could not get ahold of him, calling the office, emailing him, using the app, and even visiting the office (with my newborn). Ultimately he said “nevermind” and they jacked up the rent for those 7 days. Then on top of that, they charged us for 7 MORE days after we moved out at that rate, and it has been impossible to get ahold of them to return that money (we left almost a month ago). We also paid a cleaning fee of $200 at the beginning and were charged again for the cleaning fee at the end — so double check that before you move out. I hope you haven’t signed a lease here, it’s not worth the horrible experience of living here, but if you have, make sure they don’t treat you like they did us!

Terrible Place to Live
The building is loud for such new construction and the management refuses to listen to those that live in their apartments. While I'm glad to be gone, I wish I had moved over a year ago. Do yourself a favor and find another company to work with.

Lack of Adequate Management
I've been a resident for almost a year, and I have to say that the management at Camden Lincoln Station leaves much to be desired.
Approximately halfway through my lease I fell in love with the community and decided to move into a larger unit with a nicer view and quieter courtyard. Unfortunately, that meant I had to break the lease and pay for the standard moving costs as I would if leaving altogether. At the time I was less than thrilled but fine with having to pay the extra for a nicer unit... in what I considered to be a superior place to live. However, as soon as the move occurred management became unresponsive and unhelpful.
After over a dozen visits to the office, it became apparent that our concerns were not being recorded by the staff including conversations being conveniently forgotten or not passed on. No one followed up regarding the issue, and after several months of consistent reporting, the issue continues to persist.
While the building and amenities are wonderful, the lack of care and due diligence from the management is far from what I expected. I would not recommend that others make the same mistake that I did and only rent here if you have no other choice.

We were so glad you took advantage of our transfer benefit to upgrade your home with us and enjoy the amenities that we have to offer,... we did verify that you paid the correct fee's to transfer on-site which is half of what it would be had you moved out of our community.
In regards to the specific issue you have discussed with us, we do diligently address each concern communicated to us, record notes for future reference, and make every attempt to resolve it to the satisfaction of all involved. Some issues are easier to resolve, while other issues may take more time. When making your home in a setting with many different lifestyles, factors such as noise can be difficult to manage or improve and we apologize that we are still working to come to a peaceful resolution on the current matter.

Apartment Living Heaven
It really does not get better than Camden Lincoln Station! From the moment you walk in, you feel right at home. The entire staff is incredible and works hard to get to know everyone personally, the amenity spaces are always clean and well stocked, the 24 hour fitness center is the largest I’ve seen in an apartment complex, and there’s always fun events planned for the residents. The location is super convenient with everything you need just a few minutes away, including the light rail station. ... CLS even gives residents an unlimited lightrail pass, which I use all the time to get to and from the airport or to get downtown. There’s a lot of good things that can be said, but you’ll know what all the fuss is about when you’re here!

On Saturday, November 18, 2017, My apartment was flooded due to a stove fire in the apartment above mine. I just want to say that the staff of Camden Lincoln Station are the best as far as I am concerned. If it had not been for Greg, the maintenance man, rushing to turn off the water, we would be in even worse shape as far as our loss. He not only acted immediately to get the water turned off, but has been instrumental in helping us get out the things we needed, as we cannot stay in our... apartment. My husband has special needs and Greg made sure that all of his needed equipment was moved to an apartment that has been provided to us while the repairs are being made to our unit. Lisa and Jesse, in leasing are in my opinion, the nicest and best in the business, they made available to us another apartment that is furnished to stay in until our apartment can be repaired. We had family coming in for the thanksgiving holiday and they have made every effort to ensure that we have everything we needed until our renters insurance can determine our next steps. You just don't know about apartment complex's and the management staff until something like this happens. This place goes out of its way to help you. They truly care about their residents and go over and beyond what would be considered required and I have to say I am beyond impressed with what I have seen happen here. They had the water mediation people here within 40 minutes of the incident, working to get my apartment dried out. They have been so caring and helpful and I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a place to call home. They treat you like family and are truly concerned about how the situation is affecting you. They will do everything they can to ensure that your situation is handled timely, efficiently and with genuine concern. As stressful as this has been for my husband and I, Greg, Lisa and Jesse have made this situation bearable and have made us feel like family. I cannot thank them enough and can only say that if you are looking for a place to call home, that treats its residents like family, then Camden, Lincoln Station should be the first place you check out. Its an awesome place to live because of people like Greg, Lisa and Jesse. Thank you so much for all you have done to help us during this stressful time.
