Peachtree Apartments

The property is just few blocks from Historic Downtown Cocoa Village which is great! The river is also just a quick walk away too. The area seems pretty safe and is well lit at night. They have security cameras but no prof they work.

It took the landlord forever to draw up my lease paperwork and when she finally did there were all kind of errors in the paper work. She never answers her phone, text messages, or e-mail and I believe she from Tampa so she is never on site.

When I moved in there... was random stuff left in the apartment, it was dirty, my screens had wholes in them and they place needed painted. The "laundry facility" is disgusting and told the washer never works. The grass got cut like once a month and there is always random bits of trash blowing around the property. Lee mas
