Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand how frustrating it can be when community amenities or services fall short of expectations, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to voice your concerns.

We’d like to clarify that the hot tub... has not been down all summer. Although, it has been out of service longer than we would like due to an unexpected equipment failure. Unfortunately, because the repairs are tied to warranty coverage, we are currently waiting on the vendor to complete the necessary work. We understand the timing has been disappointing, especially during the warmer months, and we’re pushing for resolution as quickly as possible.

Regarding the internet and package concerns, we’re actively working with our service providers and reviewing our mailroom procedures to ensure improvements are made. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office directly. We’re happy to provide updates and work toward solutions that improve your experience.
