The community and amenities are wonderful. The maintenance team is amazing. A primary reason to rent here. Since the administration lost Britany as the manager, the new management has changed completely. Issues are not being dealt with, garbage is randomly not picked up despite paying for valet trash, internet outages are expected to be ongoing due to the contract with Gigstreem for the next 4-5 years, the new manager says that when the team works at their other site, Reunion Cortland, then they… are NOT expected to reply to any community issues at Championsgate Cortland. A full time admin team that is available for all residents is much needed and they should go back to that schedule.
