I have written this complaint about the bad organization. For a while back with the change of maintenance personnel everything has changed for the worse.
It is mandatory to pay $ 60 for basic cable. they do not fit the carpet or paint even if you are over 7 years old, every year the rent goes up badly and lastly there is no security since the entrance remains permanently damaged.

I write this as a sit here awake and up late at night even though I have work in the morning because one or more of the smoke alarms or gas alarms that they have all over the ceilings has been cheeping and beeping since 2 A.M. last night (Tues nite). I couldn't sleep all night.

I called the office this morning (Weds.) to report the problem. The receptionist/office lady told me she would report it to maintenance. I went to work and came home about 6:30 pm and it had not been fixed. I called the... after hours emergency number about 7:15 pm. They said they would report it to a maintenance technician. I called back around 7:45 to see if anyone was coming out. I was told they were attempting to reach maintenance. I asked if he would call me back when he reached them, please let me know if they are coming tonight. Then around 9:15 pm, I called again, still nobody had come or called. First he told me they were on their way. Then put me on hold, and said they had finally called the apartment manager, and she said nobody was coming tonight, they would be there tomorrow morning.

I ask you, have you ever heard of letting a smoke alarm beep loudly, every 10 seconds, for all day and two overnights, when all needed is replace battery?

This lets me know they don't care about me as a tenant. I am going crazy with the beeping, my cat too, while the management and maintenance staff are having a good quiet sleep probably. I moved here in 2009. They give lip service here, but the customer service is not very good. I love the pond, and the trees, and the quiet living in this mostly senior complex. I just wish they had better service. I am posting this review everywhere I can. Thank you. Lee mas
