Modern & Cut Studio
I absolutely loved it here. It was a perfect size studio with a modern renovation kitchen and bathroom. I was very happy here and I luved the back area and being right on the water.

SLUMLORDS
Management does not disclose to any of the residents that they Airbnb unused units upon signing the lease. I believe this is illegal. This is where the problem is. The fact that there are random people coming and going left us all in a vulnerable situation. The building has no cameras and is completely unsecured. This is aside from the huge German roach problem, mold issues, caved in floors due to poor plumbing. This building is for sale for a reason. It should just be condemned. This mismanaged... company is bunch of lying thieving criminals.
