Oak Harbor Apartments

Lease is over in 30 days. Exceptional neighborhood. However, the building is obviously older and the walls are thin. You hear everything from the cars on the street to the neighbor next door and above/below you. Price is well below average for the area. Close to transportation and entertainment though. The train station, Flanigans and Cocowalk within 5 mins walking. If I could soundproof the walls and have a pet.... I'd never leave. Manager is better good on communication. Pest was becoming a... problem but has been taken care of by management (tent over building). Quiet neighborhood. Happy house hunting. Lee mas

My apartment is good so far and the neighborhood is great I love were I live at but is just the rent that I can't handle by my self and my car paitmen and my job rent and my son I live by my self but is to much for me only so anny to win this price thank uuu God bless
