The property is a little outdated but it’s nice the staff is friendly and willing to fix problems. It’s a comfortable and safe community from what I’ve experienced. The maintenance team is the most reliable, hardworking, and friendly team you’ll ever come across you don’t have to wait to long for things to be fixed in the apartment so if not nothing else you don’t have to worry about things not getting fixed and them being unreachable or unreliable. It’s cheesy but they kinda feel like family at... Cortland. The gym needs some work from the last time I used it and same with the pool but the management team always plans fun events for us. The community is relatively quiet, you might hear a dog or two but nothing much more than that
