You've been warned!
Things have went down hill since I first moved here a year ago. Poor communication and slow maintenance even on emergencies. I’ve been without AC for almost 2 days and keep getting the runaround. No AC in weather over 85 degrees is considered an emergency request (according to the memo they just sent out today ironically) and yet I’m coming up on day 2 of no AC even though I was told it would be fixed today. It’s been over 90 degrees! The emergency maintenance number is useless… someone just... takes your information over the phone but no one comes out. At this point you’re just paying for the location. Don't be fooled by reviews of people who just toured the complex or haven't lived here long. They make sure they give you the best service in the beginning so you can leave a good review then they stop caring. Drastic difference from when I first moved here til now.
