Honest Review I was really excited about moving into this community, but my experience so far has been a bit rocky. On move-in day, my car was unexpectedly booted, and I discovered that both the toilet and dishwasher weren’t working, even though I had signed my lease months in advance. I’ve also been waiting for almost two months for a repair to my ground-floor weather seal, which has been allowing bugs to come in. Just last night, I even found a bug on my bedroom headboard, which really freaked... me out.
There was also an error with my rental concession, and I was charged the full amount for rent instead of receiving the agreed-upon discount. The leasing office said they could only apply a credit, but the property manager stepped in to help me get the issue resolved. I was really grateful for her communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, the first refund check I received bounced, which was stressful, but she made sure the situation was corrected.
I can tell that both maintenance and the property manager are doing their best, but it seems like there are internal system issues that make it harder for things to run smoothly. I truly hope these concerns can be addressed soon so that residents can enjoy the quality living experience this community has the potential to offer.
