My experience so far I moved in on Friday, July 18th, and I want to give a big shoutout to Ahmad for being patient and waiting for me to arrive from Nashville. My unit is nice, although there is a lot of foot traffic in and out of the building. Being on the ground floor, I tend to notice more of these things.
One concern I have is that some residents leave the outside gate open, which raises safety issues since it allows unauthorized people to enter the property. That’s something I hope will be... addressed soon.
When I moved in, my toilet wasn’t working. Thankfully, emergency maintenance came quickly and resolved the issue. I really appreciated how thorough and professional Antoine was — shoutout to him as well!
One major issue I experienced was receiving a boot on my car, even though I live here. I’m still unsure why that happened, and I would really like an explanation. I shouldn’t have to worry about getting booted at my own residence.
Overall, I’m giving this a 3 out of 5. There are some things I do like about the apartment, but the safety concerns and car situation definitely need to be addressed.
