We’d like to clarify that our property has been under the same ownership and management team for the past three years.... While we understand that it can sometimes feel like things are constantly changing, our goal throughout this time has been to provide consistent service and a positive living experience for our residents.
We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced regarding maintenance issues such as the gate, cleanliness of the grounds, and seasonal amenities. These matters are actively being addressed, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to work on improvements.
Rent adjustments are a necessary part of maintaining the community and covering rising costs, but we agree that these increases should be reflected in the quality and upkeep of the property. We're committed to making sure our residents feel heard and supported, and we're truly sorry if you’ve felt otherwise.

Thank you for your feedback. Our community is gated, like many others, and unfortunately having gates are simply a deterrent. Our Courtesy Officer is making rounds, we have ordered additional and upgraded cameras (pending installation), and we have... asked the community to assist us by providing any details about what you may see or hear. We have reached out to the S. Fulton Police Dep to request additional patrols. We encourage residents to reach out to them as well. We very much care and take seriously any incidents that occur in our community and make sure to notify residents promptly when anything is brought to our attention. Ultimately, the local law enforcement is who is responsible for serving our community and if you feel that they are not meeting expectations, please file a formal complaint with them.
