Only move in if you’re okay with neighbors who leave dirty diapers and empty liquor bottles outside, broken dishwasher and range, ignored maintenance requests for 6+ months on end, flooding inside the apartment every time it rains, recent renovations that include a brand new, stained toilet cleaner blue carpet full of surprise nails for your vacuum in no less than every single room as well as a countertop burned through and cut up by previous tenants, hair painted into the wall, and paint... splattered simply… all over the floors, countertops, and sinks without managing to reach over several door frames.

Management just flat out ignores the terms in the lease and expects full rent on time every single month. Rules for thee but not for me.

Just avoid like the plague unless you enjoy walking around in waterproof shoes in your own home. Lee mas
