there are rats or mice in the walls, the management are not great at money management and if you don't do your own counting they will try to overcharge you for rent. there's roaches in the the halls and in apartments and worse there's bedbugs, if you complain then they'll blame you and try to evict you. laundry is on premises but they'll charge you more than using a laundrymat. there's a trash chute but its only for bags and out have to physically take down your bigger trash to the dumpster... through sketchy area where you never know what may fly out. literally the only good thing is the location, a block from the beach and public transportation and a few blocks from shopping, in the long run its totally not worth it Lee mas
