These is a great apartments for young married couples, like myself, as well as any single renters. It's in a great location, for the area. Your a 5 minute walk to the redline, 10 minute walk to Loyola's campus. Parking is seldom a issue in this area, we've never had to walk more than half a block. There's a bank close by as well as many good stops for food and a few for a good drink. The beach is also a short stroll away (and seldom crowded).

The apartment itself is nice and spacious. We did... have to by an "Island" for the kitchen to increase the counter space, but overall it came with all of the space and basic amenities you need. Laundry is just a few flights down the stairs, as well as bike storage.

It's radiator heat (so no heat bill), which is kept at a good level when used. All of the maintenance requests we've made have been handled the following day, at the latest, but normally within the same day.

We also enjoy being far enough from the University that it doesn't get to loud at night. And unlike other areas, it's less crowded in the summer because all of the students are gone.

All in all, this is a very nice apartment and spot to live. We have and, most likely, will renew our lease. Lee mas
