I had a decent experience, however I did not get a mailbox key and when I asked concierge at front desk he mentioned if I did not a “welcome packet” and I said no. He tried to get one for me but was unable to most likely because of the Holiday vacation the staff was generally unavailable. He is still trying to secure one for me. I have experience receiving a welcome folder in another building’s previously with mailbox keys and other must know information. This time around I did not get one. The... bathroom has an odd scent I noticed the day I moved in , maybe the place has been vacant for a long period of time.
