Just a few of the many reasons to stay away
-Buildings are run down with no maintenance
-Water is disgusting
-Snow removal and salting is a joke
-No hot water at least once a month
-Management is the worst I've ever dealt with.

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. No matter how cheap your individual unit you will almost certainly regret it. Have not talked to anybody in the time I've stayed who feels differently.

I've lived here for three years, and it has been very stressful. The ladies who so call manage this place, do nothing but try to find ways to make living here horrible, by making up different ways to try and fine you for anything they want. They will also have your car towed for no reason at all, the police are called several times a week. For the most part the people who live there are good people, and everyone is respectful of each other, except the women in the office who are very... disrespectful. They will speak to you like you do not matter and look right past you. People are afraid to enjoy the outside, for fear of being fined or threatened. Lee mas

I honestly wish I could give zero stars to this awfully ran place. My landlord was the nicest man who really tried to make our experience great. However, the ladies who run the office are rude & unprofessional. If you plan on renting a unit in this complex, please be weary of a few things. For starters, please make sure your vehicle sticker is up to date! If not, they will tow your car..and sometimes they will tow it before towing is suppose to make its rounds at night. Secondly, never send... packages to your house. Send them to a family member or friends house..because it will get stolen and the office doesn't seem to care about stolen mail. Thirdly, there's a lot of drug deals that go on in the parking lots. Especially in building 4500. So please, maybe consider elsewhere if you are not comfortable living in that kind of place. Few other things that are unfortunate about this place is, 1 bedrooms only get 1 parking sticker. So, if you & your partner have two cars, prepare to spend an extra $25.00 a month for another sticker. The place has a lot of stink bugs everywhere too, which, they don't seem to care about exterminating that.

I'll be honest, during my one year lease I had a few falling out situations with the ladies in the office. I won't post what happened but let me just say they reacted very unprofessionally to where the police were called each time. The Lisle Police Department get called here a lot because they're very rude and talk over you. There's a reason why people don't attend the meetings or break their leases. No one wants unprofessional board leaders. All I can say is, if you have a family, I wouldn't suggest living here. If you're a single person..go for it. But it's too expensive to live here, not well kept on the outside and police are here too often for the price. It's awfully ran, the grounds are always dirty with trash, poop, etc. Kids running up and down hallways, hanging in the staircase....it's just too much going on. Not only that, ask yourself, do you want to live in a place with no fire escapes or fire sprinklers? Or a place that influences their political views with flyers on YOUR door? Hard to sleep on weekday mornings. Very inconsiderate.

the deck is big enough for a 4burner gas grill and the wifes plants
the elevator is a good thing to have becuse i take my bike down in it to ride to work
large complex to walk around with your pets
