I had a problem with heating in my apartment and sent messages to the manager of the building to fix it. He said that there is no problem. But the temperature in the bedrooms is under 68°F evenings and at night. Two seasons they couldn't fix it and always said that furnitures cover the radiators which is impossible. Finally they did it after 1 year of arguments. Also winter time they don't clean the snow around the building nicely. Always left the entrance to the parking lot uncleaned and... also huge ice pieces stays above the rear door of the building. Lee mas

You only get one parking spot if you rent a one bedroom. But both me and my husband own a vehicle. I park in parking lot with permit and he has to park on street where there is no over night parking. Ohh and you get tickets as well. It is just dumb that we both can't park on same parking lot. I had never heard of this rule. Now my husband needs to find where to park since building management does not want to help at all
