Horrible Construction! Just drive around and you will see siding falling off of homes less than 2yrs old!

Inside much worse! Cracks above doors, under windows! People speeding over speedbumps shaking the whole house creating more damage!

Nothing is enforced just stupid flyers or notices that no one takes seriously. Many code violations! It's just ridiculous!

Dog owners not picking up after animals! I've seen it all! Imagine a dog hiking his leg to urinate on your car tires & the owner just... let's it happen! So gross! Lee mas

I signed a two year lease and from day one if you are late for not even five days they are calling and sending you threatening letters every day. So do not be late. Management is extremely unprofessional and conduct business very rudely because they lease and rent to undocumented individuals and they think they can treat everyone, even citizens the same way. They do not fix anything and do very little to enforce their "policies". People don't pick their dog's poop so there is dog waste... everywhere and also most neighbors party all weekend long with music very loud and cars parking all over the streets blocking you from getting to your house and preventing you to sleep before 12am. In addition, they drink and throw beers in the streets and yards. Not a good place to live in. Mainly because it is run so poorly. Lee mas

All new construction! How could that go wrong!? Low maintenance homes.... perhaps the previous rater owned his home and didn't care for it. They don't charge for lawn care but they demand cleanliness and always thrive to provide peaceful and quiet enjoyment. The maintenance team as well as the management team are awesome. They work hard and the place has done a complete 180 degree turn around. Even our neighbors at Heatherfield are happy about it. Come see for yourself..... this place is very... nice and well worth every penny. Lee mas

As a current tenant this place is overpriced and the mangement are sharks by promising you things but don't deliver. Make sure you always get everything in writing because they like to lie to you just to get you to buy. I pay for lawn care when i don't even have a lawn. Supposedly updated my house when it's literally falling apart. This place is not worth living in.
