Pleasant Run Condo

I moved into building 1205 over a year ago and from the moment I arrived I've noticed a major roach problem. My unit is privately owned and my landlord is really good about having pest control come out on almost monthly basis and spray it down. Unfortunately that's not enough. I see them everywhere including laundry facility and hallways. If I could I'd attach photos just to show how disgusting these things are. In my unit I've noticed a larger amount of roaches in the past few weeks. I kill on... average 6-10 a day. Yesterday I opened up my kitchen cabinet to get dinner ready and saw one crawling across my bowls and plates! I have a huge OCD when it comes to hygiene and had to throw all my plates and bowls into the dishwasher before I could even use it. It's utterly disgusting and unsanitary. My landlord reached out to the association to bring the problem to their attention and was more or less ignored. I don't pay as much as I pay to put myself and my 3 year old child in such a gross and unsanitary environment. I hope the association takes this seriously and actually bombs the ENTIRE building including all the units because I am on the verge of breaking my lease which I just renewed about 2 months ago! The area is really quiet and the apartments are pretty decent for the price. Good for your first apartment. Plus, there is a pool!
