We really enjoy living here.
The building's common areas are beautiful and the property is well maintained.
Our apartment is very quiet and that is often unusual in a big building.

It’s nice. Space is livable. Very well taken care of. I would complain that the walls are way too thin. Can hear everything. I would say the doors need to be quieter in the hallways and not so heavy. Also there should be more parking for guests. There’s only 3 in a 7 story building.

Has been a very positive experience overall. The building is generally tranquil, and the neighbors are respectful, which creates a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciate the sense of privacy and tranquility here.

The only downside is the noise from the garage gate opening and closing, which can be a bit disruptive at times. However, apart from that, it’s been an enjoyable place to live, and I’m happy with my choice.

Everything has been great so far. Only complaint is with the control of the EV charging stations. People use it for long periods and don’t unplug their cars after charging is complete

Nice apartment with hotel style amenities. Looks great but may soon need some freshening - New(er) gym equipment, cleaning furniture in common spaces, etc overall, beautiful place with great maintenance team. Ask for Luisa. She’s great and will make sure you’re taken care of.
