Aventura at Contee Crossing

Overall my experience has been pretty good. I haven't had a chance to use any amenities yet but I'm looking forward to it. The unit itself is great. There's some minor wear and tear issues but nothing that hinders my experience. On the downside, the visitor parking and lack of elevator has put a damper on things. There's a lot of residents that park in the visitor parking. There's already a limited number of spaces available. On top of that there's construction equipment taking up several spots... in the back. Yesterday I had my first guest and there were zero spots available. It makes me wonder about booking the clubhouse for a small gathering. Where would the guests even park? Also, the lack of elevator caused my move in to take an extremely long time. I had to pay an additional 3hrs to the moving company for a total of 8hrs. Like I said, I'm very happy with unit but there have been some hurdles. Lee mas

I recently moved into the community, and so far, things have been going well! The move-in process had a couple of hiccups, like a broken elevator and an uninstalled dryer, which made things a bit challenging. However, the staff and residents have been incredibly kind and helpful, which has made a big difference. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here and am looking forward to settling in more!

When I was deciding to come here, I had two in person tours with Loni and on both occasions, he was absolutely helpful. He answered all my questions, responded to my concerns on some of the review I read and at the end of it, I decided to apply. Since then, the process (all approved in a day) and move in has been smooth and top notch. I am absolutely thrilled with my unit and love everything about the community so far. Honored to be here. What a beautiful housing community. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. Lani and the entire team was patient and sufficient. Truly love my apartment

I have not been in my new place for long but so far, I am very pleased there are some few minor cosmetic things I would like to bring to the attention on the leasing office but aside from that I am very pleased.
