My Aventura community has been great! I moved in during renovations of amenities and have seen several improvements. I understand change is difficult and so is juggling the various personalities, including mine. I am very happy that I moved here. It has been a great experience.

I just moved in December so far my experience has been good and when I do have a question about anything, the staff in the leasing office is very informative and helpful with providing the information.

When I moved here a few years ago, it was a premier luxury apartment that I would have given 5 stars easy. I realize there has been much change in ownership and leadership. For starters, the quality of living depends on which section you live in.
For example, why have a fob to open the gates and doors when they are always open? For months, the doorway in the garage has been broken. The gate on the side where cars park have been broken. No security at all. Anyone can just walk in and out... .
Second, the decision to leave you trash out in the bins is not a good decision. I've sent multiple emails regarding trash that has been left in the halls several days.... to the point you can actually smell the garbage in the halls.
I won't even speak about the maintenance.
Luke I said earlier, about four years ago, my rating would be hands down a 5 or higher. Now it is barely a two... and that is a stretch.

I’m truly sorry to hear that your experience has declined from what it once was, especially knowing you previously considered the community a five-star place to live. Your concerns regarding... access control, security, hallway trash, and maintenance are valid and important.
We recognize that these issues impact quality of life and although we have made efforts to resolve such concerns, we apologize that they have not been resolved as quickly or consistently as they should have been. We are actively working with our vendors and internal teams to address access point repairs, reinforce trash policies, and improve overall upkeep and responsiveness.

My experience so far has been good . Able to communicate with management. Currently have been a resident for almost two years . Plan on staying another two years until my daughter finishes high school .
