Year 3 and still like living in this building . All my needs have been met. Currently renewed our lease for one more year before my daughter graduates . Connivence of being located to everything from groceries stores , target and Walmart to new brand black owned restaurants .

Just renewed my lease year 3. My kids love the amenities and this area is convenient to everything .WFH offices are always available and pool is well kept through the summer .

My experience has been pretty good. I don't have any major complaints. My unit is nice. Everything is functional.The biggest problem here will always be visitor parking/access.

My apartment is comfortable and a nice looking apartment. The rooms and closets are spacious. The grounds are pretty and well kept. There are good and abundant amenities. The staff is very helpful.

My Aventura community has been great! I moved in during renovations of amenities and have seen several improvements. I understand change is difficult and so is juggling the various personalities, including mine. I am very happy that I moved here. It has been a great experience.
