Its alright, poor paint/drywall/vent/carpet foundations !
Firstly, I was lied to for a quick commission before he left the job- the day I received my keys is when I was able to see the place (I tried seeing it before hand). I have photos and videos of everything and I'm not sure if things like the wall coming apart in every room can be fixed but I'm uncomfortable looking at it daily knowing I may be to blame when its time to move. The neighborhood is nice and my neighbors are too. The structure of the apt is poorly maintained my front door doesn't... shut all the way - just a lot of poor patch work done in my apt, the flooring comes up I can hear birds under my flooring (I'm on the 3rd floor). Maintenance came out to fix one mistake I made and left an entire mess for me to clean up really sloppy work my bf did a better job at fixing the issue. Besides the up keep of the place I think its pretty okay. I seen a few roaches but that was after the pest control came out so I gave it a pass since I don't see an infestation.
