Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside/outside the home or building. To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
