The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a flatscreen television. The bathroom has modern bath fixtures, tiled walls and floor, and plush towels. A starter supply of bath products and detergents are included.
On-site parking is available. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $59 per dog, with a maximum of two.
Located in the desirable and walkable Elizabeth neighborhood, this condo is a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s healthcare district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants, and Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, is just down the street. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away.
Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. Keep doors and windows closed as much as possible. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced.
