The living room features a large, upholstered sofa that pulls out into an additional bed and a flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV. Enjoy the artwork by local artist Nico Amortegui. The kitchen features a stove, a refrigerator with an ice maker, and a dishwasher and comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The en-suite washer and dryer add convenience. The bathroom is spotless and features plush towels. Included in the amenity package are a starter supply of bath products as well as detergents.
If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). A workstation is available for rent during your stay, which includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. Single beds can be joined into a king-size bed for a one-time $50 fee. A pack n’ play and/or highchair can be requested for use with at least a 24-hour advance notice.

Hawthorne Avenue is the heart of Charlotte’s health care district. Plaza Midwood and Uptown are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean). Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, is just down the street. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Smoking any substance is strictly prohibited on the premises and may result in a $300 penalty. Our property has a zero tolerance for parties, unruly behavior, loud music, disrespectful or unlawful activities. Violations will warrant forfeit of the entire reservation and may incur additional fees. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
