East Broad Crossing Apartments

I have been a Resident for five years and has seen this company do an excellent job of helping people that need repairs the management Miss Melissa and Miss Cindy work very hard as well as Mr. Mark. The laundry room is very clean and we have many respectful residents here that help out. Thank you Landmark and Staff for this clean and safe complex. I am grateful for my home and take very good care of it.

All the tenants’ complaints about roaches,etc are accurate.Also the landlord Melissa discusses tenants’issues with other tenants which is completely wrong and even makes threatening comments about the first tenant to the other tenant! Another employee Cindy in addition to not responding to maintenance requests about moldy carpets for example,actually let six toilet bowls sit by the dumpster right at the entrance to the apartments for two months despite multiple residents’ questions about if... they could be removed.It was disgusting.
And if you try to find the corporate phone number to complain about their behavior they simply won’t give it to you. I don’t know if anyone from the corporate office will ever see this but if they do they can contact me. Lee mas

While looking in Statesville for an affordable apartment, I found East Broad Crossing on the web. When I drove through the complex, it appeared to be fairly well kept. I stopped to speak to some tenants who were hanging around outside. Some of their complaints about roaches and lack of good maintenance made me think twice. Then one of them mentioned that their apartment and some others had been damaged by flooding when it rained which created mold and mildew inside. I left the property and never... looked back. I feel sorry for those who are stuck or trapped in those conditions. Lee mas
