Delsea Garden Apartments

Want to live where people drive in and out all day long....blasting music 24 -7....should we mention the roach infestation?...its the worst place I ever lived. Let's not talk about the drug addicts getting high behind the apartments. Hypodermic needles ? I have found them. Even my children seen them.

Delsea Gardens lie about there advertising. They say no pets, just about every apartment have a dog, more then one. You cannot walk in the play area's due to walking in dog poop. They say you cannot work on cars, they do. They allow outsiders to come and sit on the corners and drive, sale drugs and have hit houses. They do not have handi-cap parking so they do not accommodate your needs. I wouldn't tell anybody to move out there. They raise your rent when someone gets a job in your apartment,... but allow other cultures to let family stay with them till there name come up for a apartment.
