East Main Manayunk Apartments

I'm a current tenant - cant wait until the end of my lease! You can hear every step of the people above you. It's difficult to get management to respond to your concerns. They are defensive and unresponsive unless you make multiple complaints. Also be sure to check all of your appliances at move in. I had to flush my toilet with a bucket of water and didn't have a functioning microwave until 3 weeks into my lease. I definitely regret moving in here, but if you're lucky enough to not have... any issues or loud neighbors it might be fine. Lee mas
