My Family moved here over a year ago, and I absolutely love this neighborhood, the staff works very hard to keep it neat. This neighborhood is very diverse and I have the best neighbors. There are a lot of kids in this neighborhood if you are looking for a family oriented place to live this is your place, it is nice, peaceful and if you need anything the staff is awesome here especially if you call and ask for Kayla!

Love my home and love Village at Caney Mills. It's why I've chosen to live here for almost 4 years. Management changes can sometimes be scary, but the staff at the office is responsive, friendly, and they know their stuff! Could not be happier.

Service used to be better; it has really declined in many areas where it was great. (Upkeep of yard, pest control, follow through and follow up on work orders)
