This is a great property in a fantastic community. Coppell is very family oriented and civic minded, in a great location to have easy access to anything you could want, both within the suburb and in the greater metroplex.

It is somewhat close quarters, but the neighbors are nice and friendly. The property is well kept and guidelines are enforced to keep things nice for everyone.

I have been here for 6... months now and still absolutely love it. Lots of trees, neighbors often help me out with heavier yard work and little things like bringing in trash cans. The one downside of note is that it IS west Coppell, so there are airplanes. This part of town is in line with one of the airport runways. I don't find it bothersome, and can barely hear them when inside.

I think this is the best manufactured home community in the area. And manufactured homes are a surprisingly good option for budget friendly living. All the newer homes are energy efficient and extremely well made. You might be in for a treat. Lot rent compares to a cheap apartment. Houses vary greatly in price because they vary greatly in size and amenities. Lee mas
