No parties or events are allowed, and quiet time is after 9 pm. No firearms or unregistered guests are permitted. Smoking is prohibited within 40 feet of the building, including the courtyard, and a $1,000 fine applies for any unauthorized pet unless pre-approved by the owner. Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and a $50 fee applies if furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out. Any damages will be billed to the guest. Upon booking confirmation, the primary adult guest must send a photo of ID as required by building security rules. Guests can receive packages but do not have access to the mailbox.
