Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner, with a limit of one pet 50 pounds or less and a $100 non-refundable deposit. There is a $1,000 fine for any unauthorized pet(s). Check-out time is 12 pm sharp, and a $50 furniture fee will be charged if furniture is not returned to its original location upon check-out. Lights, A/C, and heating should be turned off when away.
