Only registered guests are allowed, and unregistered visitors require prior approval. Treat the unit with care and report any damage promptly. No smoking of any kind (including 420) is allowed inside the unit or courtyards, and smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner (1 pet max, 50 lbs or less, $100 non-refundable deposit). Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp, and late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture, as a $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out. Turn off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property.
