Recently Upgraded

Wow - new owner (2018) has done a great job improving the property. You don’t find a property at this price with so much open space anywhere else in Denton. Great for people with pets, kids, or people who like a little more space than the typical apartment setting.

DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place has been the worst I have ever lived. I have never been late on rent . The office does not take care of the property at all and let people move in to a one bedroom with 4 or more kids and other roommates. We have cops here constantly.

We recently took over management of this property and are doing everything we can... to make Heritage Heights a wonderful community. And in response to letting numerous occupants reside in a one bedroom we have fair housing laws that we have to abide to and the number of occupants in a one bedroom is two. Nice Place

I really enjoy the time here. The Faculty is friendly and nice. The maintenance is good. All the request would be finished fast. The price is pretty reasonable.
