Twin Oaks Apartments

I've been staying here for more than a year. All the appliances conditions are great in my flat. Never had an issue with anything till now. This property is a great place to live. The leasing office, Judy and Sue are the best leasing agents I've ever met. They really take care of the things when requested. In fact help more than asked.

One issue here is the roaches, I used all the amazon and Walmart products to control them, pest control from the apartments helped but no use. Its because all... the apartment kitchens are connected. One apartment gets infested, all others get the infestation. What they can do is to ask all the tenants to leave the place for a couple of days and clean up all the apartments. This way It could help. It's a huge task to ask everyone out, but this might help.

It's full of roaches. The occasional sprayer isn't gonna help when they're coming in from under the window sills, cracks in the door jambs, cracks in the wall, around the AC fixture, behind the fridge, behind wall outlets, and under the front door. Only positive is a gas heater to heat you and your roaches, millipedes, and grasshoppers.

Roaches galore if you kill one you see thirty. Sure the pest control comes but it doesn’t work not even traps. Told maintenance about several issues and only two were fixed. People at the office are very nice and are willing to work with you. It’s a nice first place but I won’t be back.

It’s certainly not the worst in Denton, and the price is definitely a huge plus for the amount of space, but these apartments are gross. They have a pest control guy come out what seems like every other week but I see tiny roaches scatter every time I turn on the bathroom light. The apartment is also very old; the shower door is rusted to the point it doesn’t move, water faucet knobs and door knobs have fallen off, and there are cracks in the ceiling. There are water issues, such as dripping... pipes, dirty water, and the toilet can only be flushed once every twenty minutes and makes a loud hissing sound. There are also several electrical issues, such as ceiling fans and outlets not working, and the AC units frequently have issues. The management is alright, they’re kind but it’s not enough to fix the issues this place has. The maintenance guys are also very kind, but they’re forgetful. I’ve been promised fixes for many of the issues listed here but have yet to see them. Lee mas
