Riverside Villas Apartamentos

Management is amazing and quickly responds to residents. Unfortunately that is the only good thing about Riverside Villas. Due to poor design sound easily travels through all walls and floors. Simple walking can be heard from neighbors above. If you’re looking for a quiet place to call home do not live here.

Day’shon is such a sweetheart!! She made my leasing process A BREEZE!!! She actually cares about helping you calling the complex home and makes sure she throughly explain EVERY DETAIL !! very patient and I am so blessed to have had her help me during my process If i could recommend 100 stars I would she’s very patient and professional, Highly recommend anyone looking to lease talk to Day’shon , thanks again ~Imari

WARNING THIS COMMUNITY IS NOT SAFE. We called police multiple times because of gunshots and the gates were not closed for weeks at a time.

The apartment itself is nice. The finishes are great though strangely small bedrooms.

This community showed me that regardless of how much you pay for luxury the people around you can still be trashy.

They did not respond to emails of videos of my neighbor smoking in her home which would make my entire apartment reek of cigarettes. I complained several... times and nothing was done. The apartment to the right of me and across from me all smoked weed in their apartment. They would have large gatherings in their home and on their balcony during Covid lockdown that lasted late into the night. People will leave garbage everywhere and dog crap wherever the dog would drop it. Parking is an absolute nightmare from Thursday to Sunday. You pay monthly for package lockers but they can’t get delivery drivers to use them so they’re just thrown all over the floor in the mail room. I actually had packages stolen.

The streets are impossible to pull out of because people park semi trucks and tons of cars up and down the street. People drive like Mad Max down the road and they throw bags of garbage on to the street for it to explode and fly everywhere. The neighborhood is super sketchy and I did not feel safe.its embarrassing to ask friends to visit you because the area is disgusting and covered in litter. I would see people digging through our garbage looking for stuff. It was all super uncomfortable. There's a reason my insurance decreased when I moved.

For the amount they charge for rent go rent in a better neighborhood. Lee mas
